Starting counseling may feel intimidating — the fear of judgment, worries about what others might think, or concerns about appearing 'weak.' I’ve spent over 20 years working in various settings and have heard from many who hesitated to reach out for help. I want you to know that it takes immense courage to ask for support, and I’m here to guide you through this journey.
In our time together, we’ll use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and EMDR, all aimed at helping you understand your mind, overcome challenges, and work towards the goals that matter most to you.
